  • Acupuncture – Acupuncture points are areas of designated electrical sensitivity. Inserting needles at these points stimulates various sensory receptors that, in turn, stimulate nerves that transmit impulses to the hypothalamic-pituitary system at the base of the brain. Common concerns treated with acupuncture: gastrointestinal disorders, gynecological disorders, insomnia, arthritis, sciatica, pain management, weight loss, facial rejuvenation and more


  • B12 Shots –Vitamin B12 is one of the most important substances in our body as it plays a significant role in the replication of DNA, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the formation of blood cells.  Lack of vitamin B12 in the body may cause fatigue, loss of appetite, diarrhea and moodiness,neurological damage, eye disorders, dizziness, confusion and memory loss.  The vitamin B-12 injection has been shown to provide these key benefits: boosts energy and helps chronic fatigue, improves immune system, improves metabolism, assists in the burning of stored body fat and helps weight loss, regulate appetite, maintains a healthy liver, detoxifies the body, helps regulate sleep, regulates mood, reduces depression and anxiety, improve health, and improves hair, nails and skin.


  • MIC-Injection – Methionine Inositol Choline (MIC) is composed of three amino acids combined with the B Vitamins especially pyridoxine(B6), Folic Acid and Methylcobalamin (B12) ;also other amino acids or B vitamins may added to target different conditions. The combination works together to increase the metabolism of fat and eliminate the abnormal fatty deposits, control appetite and help to control weight, help to control cholesterol level, improve liver function ,help liver to metabolize fat ,and removing toxin from the body, improve protein and carbohydrate metabolism, assist the brain and maintain nervous system, improve immune system, boost energy and prevent fatigue, regulate mood, help to control depression and anxiety and promote healthy skin, hair and maintain healthy skin tone.   • Trigger Point Injections – Trigger-Point Injection (TPI) therapy is a long-established medical procedure used to treat muscular and fascial (myofascial) pain.  Myofascial trigger points are areas of contracted muscle fibres which are identifiable as painful bands/nodules on clinical examination.  Myofascial trigger points are a major cause of dysfunction and pain which is local or may referred to other areas of the body, such as shoulder pain neck pain, back pain, headaches, migraines, frozen shoulder, and tendinitis. Trigger point injection is the injection of vitamins, herbal extracts, homeopathics and other nutritional supplements in the form of sterile substances into specific sites and points on the body .

    The Injection helps  to release and relax the trigger point , relief pain, stimulates local blood flow ,helps the inflammation, and restoring normal muscle function and range of motion

    Who it is NOT suitable for:

    -Patients on blood-thinning medications (such as Warfarin, Plavix, Xarelto or Pradaxa)

    -Patients with a bleeding disorder (such as hemophilia)

    -Immunocompromised patients (e.g. cancer patients on chemotherapy)

    -Pregnant patients

  • Cupping – Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small cups (glass or plastic cups ) as suction devices that are placed on the skin. Once the suction has occurred, the cups can be gently moved across the skin. The suction in the cups causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be lightly drawn into the cup. It uses gentle pressure to pull them upward. For most patients, this is a particularly relaxing and relieving sensation. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, promotes Qi, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, migraines, and much more.


  • Chinese Herbal Medicine – For over 8,000 years, the Chinese have used herbs as natural healing agents. Well documented for their beneficial effects, these herbs come from different parts like roots, bark, seeds, fruit, branches and leaves.Depending on the client’s condition, a different formula of 5-20 herbs is used to target the health issue without harming the body. Results vary by person and condition.
